Operations Manager & Head of Coffee
Josef has over 15 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, he’s worked at some of the worlds best cafes and roasteries in London, Berlin, and Melbourne.
A former roaster and head of education at an award winning roastery in Berlin, Germany. Josef has a strong background in coffee roasting, cafe management and barista training, he’s a fountain of knowledge and his genuine love for the coffee industry is clear to everyone who meets him.

Kitchen Manager
Robbie has 10 years of experience in the coffee industry as a coffee roaster and barista. They’re obsessed with food and are our resident ‘super taster’. They left the coffee industry in 2018 to pursue their passion for all things baked and worked quickly up the ladder to manage one of Berlin’s best bakeries.
Now bread and pastry obsessed, they will be leading our central kitchen in our downtown Laurier space, opening soon.
