First launching on Elgin Street back in 2013, The Ministry of Coffee has been a staple of Ottawa's specialty caffeine scene for over a decade. Originally starting out as a multi-roaster café bringing unique, world-class beans to the capital, we have since expanded into our own precision roasting operation based out of Nepean. What started as one location on Elgin has grown into locations on Laurier, at Colonnade, and inside Via Rail.

Ottawa has been good to us, and we are just getting started.

    Our Colonnade location focuses on hands-on experience. It is a roasting/training/lab environment focused on experimentation and coffee education.
